Developing Performance Appraisal

Hi Everybody! I am a trainee HR officer in my service organization. My organization already has a Performance appraisal process for it's sales counter executives, but I feel after making some observations that, there needs to be some changes in it. So I want to develop a new 1. Please help me in developing a new one. U can help me by giving me tips on what method I can use for analyzing sales counter executives performance and how to improve their motivational and loyalty levels as well. Thanks alot!

Hi friends

i have completed MBA HR &Marketing.I wish to attain a very good position in HR ..I am having 6 months of experience in HR .Currently working in an Bpo Concern as an PA in finance Process due to recession ..I Passed out in june 2008...What should i do now to get a good job with a good salary in HR..Will they consider my Bpo Experience ..Kindly Suggest me and let me know the openings available in chennai for HR..Please help me in this problem

UGC NET/SET Clarification

can anyone help me out with the clarification of UGC circular regarding as to why the exemption provided to mphil holders has been removed.
can any state goverment exempt the teachers from NET/SET as eligibility condition for the teaching cadre in the college section?

can you help me to find out good colleges for mpm in pune?

hi. I am planning to do mpm full time course from pune.but I am so confused from which college to do it from..coz many people suggested me to do it from indsearch but they not offering that course any more. can any one please help me to find out new colleges for mpm in puna asap.

2) and also wanted to ask that is mpm course as good as mba in hr (if i am not able to afford the mba course?)


Joining directly to client place is legal?

Hi,

I am working for HR consultant company as Oracle consultant from past 1.2 year in, deputed to client place Oracle Bangalore. My current company is not given any training and paying very less salary comparing with my billing. No agreement between My client and my company.

Now Client interested to take me direct role, If I join direct to my client I can get job security and good salary too. But My company is not interested to relieve me and Now HRD ask me to sign in legal stamp paper document. he is warned and He will take legal action against me If I join direct client place.

Please advice If I join my client place directly is legal or illegal.

hi!i am trying to collect some data about how to increase capability development of individuals,organisations,using techniques practised across various industries.
il set an example in case i am not clear-for example cisco provided the platform for web conferencing to maruti.ashok leyland was training foremen straight from ITI schools.
can anyone tell me such methods to increase capability of human resource already practised in fmcg,service,manufacturing industries etc.?
