HiI am working in MNC insurance group, 2 days back i recd call from ZM ops to resign from job, but when i asked the reason they company is "Rationizing Mode". I asked about its defintion he din't defined the same.When i refused to put down papers, i received threat from HR to put down papers. but when i refused to do so, they blocked my official id & today in system they terminated me. What should i do now?
