What are the prerequisites for doing SAP HR?

What are the prerequisites for doing SAP HR ? Is it worth only for people who have done MBA in HR or can ANYONE do this ? Please forgive if this was a very ridiculous question & let me know since am not aware of SAP HR..Thanks in advance...

I am looking for some help on calculating or forecasting attrition for the current year (based on the data available for the first quarter) using regression analysis. No help on searching internet so far. Request If anybody can help with the formula or methodology.

Hi Seniors,

Please tell me if washing allowance is being added in gross(for Esic benifit) & if incentives are the matter of gross salary.

& Also what r the function of pf accounts 1,2 10,21,22 except theoritical use.

Let I know in CTC how calculate the Gratituty
whether we have to taken into account every year or last salary drawn (at the time of exit)
Second thing we have to taken Gross or Basic + DA only (as per law)

Is Employment Verification ethical..??

When we should conduct employment verification? if we do it before employing him, his employer or his boss will come to know that his subordinate is leaving the company. If we do it later to his joining, it all will go futile. I would like to know how far verification is ethical?
