am just promoted to a HR director post to a soft-drink factory ...
its first time being working in such field ....
need to restablish HRD there with no idea about the situation yet ...
would you give some ideas for which HRP or polices should i start with???
and what is in deed departments in the organization should be done???

I am seriously planning to start a new small/medium IT HR consultancy in next 1-2 months in Hyderabad. I dont have any experience around this business. I am looking for people who can help me in getting clients to run business.

Hi friends,

My name is Vruddhi & I am new to this site. I am currently looking for an HR Executive role with a generalist or HR compliance profile. However I am not sure how do I go about it as I have already given interviews at 2 places but due to lack of experience in the same role I am unable to get one.

Incase of my educational background I am MBA-HR from Welingkar Institute affiliated to Mumbai University and I was working as a HR Executive handling Employee Relations, engagement & development profile for Hutchison 3 Global Services Pvt Ltd from May '08 till Aug '09. However after which I have taken a break and would like to start fresh as HR Generalist/HR Compliance Officer.

I have a total wk.exp of 8.5 Yrs and I have worked with organisations like Grand Hyatt-Mumbai, Welingkar and last was 3G however it has not been core HR.

Plz friends would request you to give me some directions for getting the right job.
