I am a Bachelor in Management Studies (BMS) from Sydenham College.
Currently I am looking forward to work in Recruitment- HR, and I would like to know from the HR Professionals:
1) What is the salary for Freshers?
2) Is there any salary structure??
3) How to Negotiate salary during Interview??

I have a big problem about my profile. I have a very verstile profile and due to such type of profile I have to face many problems for searching jobs.

I have near about 9 year exeperience in my companies, organizations, government sectors and schools.

I have good knowledge in land purchasing in Haryana thats why profile of Legal Executive and Land Executive very much suits me.

as a manager he has to put his view,when there is no stock availability and there is delay in issuance???????what view should a manager put...

his in issuance department...what he will tell the reason
the dates for issuance were allready decided and circulated across department,now this situation has arrived,the parchase is not ready with the stocks(clothing)......
