can anyone tell this???

if any company starts HR dept in 2007 and recruits all regional HR and after 2 years company decided to merge its different wings to form 1 organisation. Due to this can they ask regional HR to leave by giving reason that they are going to centralise HR dept at HO.

Request help to structure my Salary considering following facts -

CTC - 12,32,441/-

Inclusions -
Medical Reimbursement.
Vehicle Maintenance.
Chauffeur Salary.
Meal coupon.

Exclusions -
Self-owned house, so cannot claim HRA. (Housing Loan availed.)
Dont want to avail LTA.

What would be the monthly tax deduction?
