Description:

We are looking for a Recruiter who had proven ability in marketing the bench consultants. Sourcing and searching of H1B, GC's, US Citizens Consultant resumes using various sources like Search Engines Job portals, web sites referrals, Yahoo Groups and Google groups. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 and maximum 3 years of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities:

Work with sales associates and technical associates and manage candidates through the process to have them placed.

Comfortable working on direct client and Tier-1 Vendor requirements.

Must be able to work independently under pressure, with never give up attitude

Knowledge on LI, B1, H1 and F1 Visas, W2, Corp to Corp , Corp to Hire, Corp to Hire Independent, Third-party and Green card.

Managed productive relationships with vendors.

Handling entire H1b consultant*s those who are in bench as well as in current project.

Negotiating the bill rates and salaries with the consultants review resumes screen and interview consultants for technical
and functional job openings and refers qualified consultants to hiring managers for further interviews.

Should have had a successful track record in a similar assignment.

Making Outbound Calls and screening them through telephone and conducting interviews.

Processing the transfer of potential consultants.

Updating and maintaining the database of consultants for future assistance.

Excellent verbal & written English and interpersonal communication skills.

We are in business of engaging security manpower (Watch & Ward) in different location. In one location we have engaged 97 personnel in different designations in TAmil Nadu We are paying salary for the month as appended below

Kindly tell me whether we need to calculate based on 26 days or 30days(AS per my knowledge central monthly wage is based on 26 days)
HRA is compulsory component to pay or not? What about gratuity whether we need to pay or not (contract at present is for one year and can be extendable) Its urgent kindly help also suggest if any labour law violation or PF Violation is there ITS very urgent

Hi Experts,
Please guide me on this topic: would you advise "Pay for performance for replaceable jobs"?

Though Replaceable jobs may include counter sales, receptionists, telephone operators etc, however, these days even work of BPO Executives as well as Junior Software Engineers are also being replaceable. So, what should be the appropriate approach to solve this query? Please advise.

Hai dear friends, This Site is ultimate for Us as we all are too much closer with everyone by this. So we also have to discuss about this.

i have some opining for 2 Receptionist(female, Good Looking),
