I am Md. Shah Anwarullah Sulaiman a graduate in MBA (HR & IT) from Uttaranchal Institute of Management (UIM), Uttrakahnd Technical University (UTU), Dehradun. I am keen at pursuing a long term career as HR manager.

for PF & Pension advice needed

Respected Sir,

My age is 35 & I have worked for 14yrs in previous Organization. For my PF & Pension claims, Org HR people first says bring my 6 Photo & 6 Pan card & 6 Address proof & 6 Bank Passbook front page copies & all these documents & photos should be attested. When I said I want to keep my mother as a nominee they tell me to bring 6 photos of you along with mother with attested. As they said you need to fill 6 forms so bring 6 copies of every doc.with attested.
So I did everything as per their requirement & went to Company they tell me to fill 2 forms 1 form19 & 10C for FP & Pension respectively. It means 1copy of each form.

Company HR says you not need to fill more form now as you will only eligible for pension after your age of 58 & so these two forms are enough.& tell me to keep my mothers name in the nominee area. But they don't take any other documents or photos than only 1 bank passbook AC attested copy.
HR says don't worry PF cheque will came to your account & you will receive 1 Pension certificated so in future with the help of this certificate you can claim your monthly Pension through any of PF office in India.

I am worried as in future (old age) I don't wants to run for pension claim or what if my old Organization shut down forever who will give me Company authorization if require for Pension form

Sir is it OK or I need to fill more forms or any other thing I need to do to avoids futures worries. Please guide me.

A Worker in a private organisation has worked above ground for 10 yrs.
1 st year ---300 days
2nd year ---210 days
3rd year --- 298 days
4th year --- 129 days
5th year --- 310 days
6th year --- 110 days
7th year --- 303 days
8th Year ---160 days
9th Year ---180 days
10th Year --276 days
Now is he entitled for Gratuity for 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th & 9th Year.
Please Enlighten me.

i am having 3 yrs of work experience into consulting firm but i am not MBA in HR....Not getting break into Corporate as they not accepting my candidature because of this weak thing :(
