Termination and its after effects Posted: 25 Feb 2010 09:21 AM PST Hi. I have been terminated by my employer. It was because something undesirable was found on my company asset which was unintentionally put there. There are a few questions that I want to ask the HR guys here 1. In this case am I banned for life from reapplying to that company. 2. How do other company HR would react, if i tell them the truth of the grounds of my termination. Lets talk about the big s.w companies of india. 3. How would this affect me in future? maybe 5-6 yrs down the line, would they still see the termination letter and reject me? Please advise on how do I put this behind. |
