Query regarding filing Income tax.

Hi all,
My sister is not working for this FYI so she does not have form 16. However, she continues to pay the premiums for the investments made under sec 80C. Since she is no more a salaried employee what IT form she needs to fill and can she show the investments made in that ? Without the salary how do we know the eligibility to pay the tax? Will really appreciate if someone can answer my above 3 questions.

Question about rules regarding registered Society & Trust

Dear Members & Seniors,

My question is regarding a non-profit that is registered as either a Society or a Trust: can a foreigner (i.e. a person of foreign citizenship) hold the position of a Trustee in the case of a Trust or that of Member of the Governing Council/Managing Committee in the case of a Society?

Notice period and final settlement

1)Hi, I had resigned on march 1st , my reliving date is on 31st march, mine is a incentive based job, will i get the incentives while i am serving notice period, or will i get only basic salary?

2)The company had not provided any confirmation letter till now and asking me to serve a notice period for 1month, according to my company rules it is only 7 days from either side for a trainee. IS it necessary to serve 30days notice period?

3)At present I am working for a Bpo and now moving into software industry will my experience gets counted by my new employer.
