Posted: 08 Mar 2010 01:38 PM PST Key performance indicators are of great value. But be careful when comparing your KPIs with those of other companies. Are they really comparable? In my weekly blog I posted an article about this topic, which I want to share with you. Google will translate it automatically to English using the link below. Posted: 08 Mar 2010 08:49 AM PST Hi all I joined my present company on Jan'09 and got training of 2.5 months in delhi till March'09. Now in Feb'09 company asked us to sign a agreement as per which i will have to repay training costs of prior 12 months from the date of termination, if i leave company or co. terminates me within 12 months of appointment. As 12 months were over i signed the agreement. Now in March'09 company asked us to sign amendemnt agreement as per which i will have to repay training costs if i leave company or company terminates me for incompetence & misconduct, within 18 months of joining. I want to know is it legally valid. If i leave i am ready to pay, but if they remove me it is not a breach of bond from my side. They may use this signed agreement for undue hardship from me. What i should do with this amendment agreement? Should i sign or not? |
