Dear All,

I was terminated by the organisation through wrong feed-back by our senior to HR Deptt and after that I raised these issues with HR and MD of the Organisation. after lots of written mail to HR,MD and all employees of that organisation, that feed-back of my senior is totally wrong even i proofed also and after a month is over, company is still did'nt settle my account and now asking my to submit NOC from Distributors and dealers as at the time of my joining this was not mention in my appointment letter and otherway they asking me to rejoin again. so can you guide me what should do? even my plan is to suit a legal action against my senior for loose my character in this indusrtry... plz suggest me....

Please help me know, hw to get back in verse with my job technicalities. I worked as IT Recruiter with a leading HR consultancy for 2 years...but had to take a break for family reasons for now almost being 2 1/2 yrs. Now I strongly wish to make my career...but m afraid tht after long ...i have forgotten certain Technical terms n stuff. Please suggest hw can i get back to my job. Do you think any employer would be interested in Me??

Hello All!!
I am Siddhartha Das and I have recently completed PGDM in marketing but I realized that I am more keen to HR profile so I got a Job as an HR trainee in an International BPO in Kolkata. Will it hamper my HR career in Future because I dont have an HR diploma or Degree. Or The experience will count?
Secondly I have just joined the company and new ERP is implimented for HRIS so the senior has put in all data feeding and copy pasting work so is the kind of job profile I should expect as an HR genralist as of now?

I have some queries regarding minimum wage & vda.
1. If I pay 5000 /- p.m. to an unskilled worker in Delhi as basic or any amount which is more than the minimum wagw + basic limit , is it required to pay vda all the time as it revises. In my openion if i pay this amount as basic it is obviously morethan min. wage + vda for Unskilled so I need not to add vda untill it crosses the m w limit.
Please correct me if i am wrong.
2. If a technical staff getting 20000 p.m. is he ellegible for VDA?
3. Who are all ellegible for vda ?
Please suggest me some article related to VDA for my knowledge
