Please guide me about any court orders regarding not to deduct notice pay if employee unable to attend office during notice period due to genuine case of an accident after serving few days notice period of one month notice. As in my case I was serving the same but got injured in road accident due to facture in my right hand I was unable to attend the office. Mgmt assured me to not to deduct my notice pay for the rest of the days but finally they deducted. What to do in this case ? One more question - I was on probation of 6 months and completed my 5th month now they are refusing to pay the PL leaves earned during probation period as I was not confirmed is it correct ? Because in my opinion employee is entitled to avail and enjoy PL after confirmation but in case if he resigned during the probation, the company should pay the PL encashment in full & final settlement for the days earned in PL on prorata basis.......... Please reply with details of any court order supporting me

I am a trainer for last 5 years, done PGBA from symbiosis (distance learning) . Training is my passion, i am constantly looking to improve myself.

In near future i want to start my own business, giving training solutions to corporates.
