Hypothetical Example - Opening Headcount 2812 200 new joinees 65 resignations for the month Thus,closing Headcount = 2812+200-65=2947 Is it, 1.Attrition for the month/Total Headcount * 100 = (65/(2812+200))*100=2.15% or, 2.Attrition for the month/(Opening Headcount + Closing Headcount)/2*100 =65/(2812+2947)/2 *100 = 2.25% |
Oppurtunity in Training & Devt Posted: 04 Apr 2010 01:18 PM PDT Greetings, I have a total BPO exp of 1 year has been in process training.Since then I am hooked to training facilitation.I want to move to soft skills,behavioural & culture trainings.I am TTT level 1 in-house certified & am open to freelancing as well.But I dont know where to start from.....Can anybody guide me please? |

Posted: 04 Apr 2010 08:04 AM PDT Re: Difference b/w CTC and Gross In this I am having that doubt in Payroll process Pls clarify, A Emp getting the salary of Rs.10000 per month (Basic 4000, DA 1500, HRA 1200, Perks 1300, Med Allo 1000, Other Allo 1000) Here the normal working days is 26 /Month v have taken into working days. If the employee's Workg Days is 10 means normally we can calculate (10000/26)*10 (if there is no Leave Benefits & No other Benefits) Is it not? But my Quest is How can v break up the 10 days salary? how v deduct the LOP amt from above mentioned Heads? How much v have to take for PF? Clarify any one pls? Regards, Sukumar 9842023923 |
