Posted: 03 Apr 2010 08:22 AM PDT Hi, I left my previous company on a short notice period of 8 days instead of 30 days. I had 30 Earned Leaves. They adjusted my 22 days leave against short notice period. My current company told me before joining that they would reimburse the amount what you have to pay against short notice period and join us within 8 days short notice but you have to show us a proof. After joining I showed them that my company adjusted my 22 days EL against my short notice period. They are saying that EL adjustment is not eligible to reimbursement. Is it right? Thanks, Sanjeev Kumar |
