Posted: 17 Apr 2010 04:22 PM PDT Hi, I am leading a team of 12 people in Sales Reporting Department. The Performance Metrix is very subjective and is based on feedback basis on historical events. There is no way to track the performance linked with numbers. Can you suggest number based method - on how to track, manage and rank team members on their performance? |

How we determine the no. of manpower required? right from requisition from Operations Mgr till Start of Recruitment process. 2. Are there budgetary constraints for recruitment of new hire? If we are recruiting for Operations dept, who will bear expenses..operations or HR budget? 3. Can we ask operations to partly bear expenses of new hire? are there any specific % of cost associated with new hire, be beared upon by ops dept? 3. Any templates associated with Manpower planning 4. Any specific tools involved? Hoping guidance from you all |
