Employer Pressurizing with work

Hi,

my name is nitin and I am new to this cite but have heard alot about this site and recently came to know about this section.

I am presently working in a MNC company here in delhi. I am working really hard to keep my present job. But my present employer is pressurizing me with different kinda work as per my profile letter i have to manage things which are written in my profile but management have mentioned a line stating any other work assigned time to time.

They are giving me work if I complete my work before time. WOrk that I am not familiar with.

pls help what i should do.

Hi i had resigned form my company and joined a new company, at the time of resignation i had given notice period, but my previous employer is not giving me my relieving certificate, what can i do, shall i give a notice in newspaper stating that i had resigned form so ands so company anf hereafter i dont have any concern with the same. I had followed up with them but still they are not giving any concrete reply.kindly guide
