We are looking for a Recruiter who had proven ability in marketing the bench consultants. Sourcing and searching of H1B, GC's, US Citizens Consultant resumes using various sources like Search Engines Job portals, web sites referrals, Yahoo Groups and Google groups. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 and maximum 3 years of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities:

Work with sales associates and technical associates and manage candidates through the process to have them placed.

Comfortable working on direct client and Tier-1 Vendor requirements.

Must be able to work independently under pressure, with never give up attitude

Knowledge on LI, B1, H1 and F1 Visas, W2, Corp to Corp , Corp to Hire, Corp to Hire Independent, Third-party and Green card.

Managed productive relationships with vendors.

Handling entire H1b consultant*s those who are in bench as well as in current project.

Negotiating the bill rates and salaries with the consultants review resumes screen and interview consultants for technical
and functional job openings and refers qualified consultants to hiring managers for further interviews.

Should have had a successful track record in a similar assignment.

Making Outbound Calls and screening them through telephone and conducting interviews.

Processing the transfer of potential consultants.

Updating and maintaining the database of consultants for future assistance.

Excellent verbal & written English and interpersonal communication skills.

Carried out Salary Negotiations, Reference checks.

Willing to work in night shifts only apply

Package consists of a base salary plus a competitive incentive plan.

PF Transfer related question

Hi All,

Thanks for the valuable information on this forum which is extreamly helpful to others!

Here is the scenario in my case.

1) I worked in a company say name A for 8 months & had a PF account there.

2) I resigned from the company A and joined another company name B.

3) When I joned company B, I did not got my PF account transferred to company B. I have given the same PF account number which I had in company A to company B.

4) I am expecting to join Central Govt employment in coming month & I am planning to withdraw my PF.

My Question:
1) How can I go about withdrawing my PF as I did not got it transferred to my current working company B.

2) I am still working in the company B since 4 years 6 months. Is my PF withdraw amount taxable?

Above said reference I Jitendra Srivastava s/o Shri Jamuna Prasad Srivastava R/o 817/609/1 MIG, New Mumfordganj-Allahabad-UP-211004. I am sales professional and due to job requirement Mr. Pradeep Singh Chauhan was contacted with me and he said to me for the job opening in HDFC Sales Ltd for the Sales Manager position in Home Loan as per requirement I was sent my Resume for further proceeding and after 2 days later Pradeep Singh Chauhan was said to me (subject to job with HDFC Sales Ltd) HR Manager Mr. Rohit Joshi is demanding Rs. 20000/, about that reason as per advance I was deposited in his account number-03320100021979 Account holder name Pradeep sing Surendra singh Chauhan at Bank of Baroda, Maninagar Branch Ahmedabad on dated 9th March 2010 and after 2 days later he was demanding another Rs. 4000/ and I was deposited Rs 4000/in the same account on dated 22nd March 2010 (This telephonic Conversation Recording is available in my mobile number) after that he said to me my interview was held at Ahmedabad on 15th April 2010, about that reason I was done the reservation for said programme but on the same day he was cancelled it, and these types of activity was done by Pradeep Singh Chauhan till date.
When he was noticed he can not bluffed more, he sent me sms for my account number and I was sent my account number accordingly, but last 4-5 days he was switched off his mobile number and I can not do any thing, because I live in Allahabad-up about that reason I am helpless.
Pradeep Singh Chauhan was also cheated with one of my friend Mr.Parineet Saxena live in Allahabad-up-211004 and his contact number is +91-9336699195 & +91-9839226798 (you may confirm this) for the recruitment of said company for the position of Administration Manager, and Mr. Parineet was also deposited in Pradeep Singh Chauhan account Rs. 14000/ also.







I hope if this fraud is Escalate by all of you, the authorities and every job seekers concerned shall be awakened from slumber and the problem will be finally solved.
I have all sms and some important mail subject to that fraud.
