Can one wrong decision spoil your career? Posted: 24 Jun 2010 02:05 PM PDT Hi all, I have recently completed my MBA in HR and is one of the toppers of the college, was placed with a Delhi based organisation from campus however resigned in two months because the experience was not relevant and the basics regarding the salary and reimbursements were not right. Now wherever I m applying I m being selected however not taking the job because there is a huge difference in package being offered. Does approaching for a job on your own is a crime for a fresher, does it make a difference to potentials of the candidate? Will it turn my career start upside down to take a decision to join a co. from campus which eventually proved to be wrong. Awaiting an answer from the seniors of HR freternity. |

Minimum wage- Salary Structure Posted: 24 Jun 2010 11:26 AM PDT Dear All, As per current minimum wage salary is revised in Delhi @ 33% I am struggling to design salary breakup. My question is as per minimum wage the skilled worker eligible for Rs. 248/- per day means he is entitled for Rs. 6448/- per month. I am little confused to design correct breakup I am not sure as per government rules the worker is entitled for total basic salary up to minimum wage or we can compute the same as per our particular structure. Please suggest me what is suitable component . CTC is Rs. 6448/- PM Basic ? DA ? Other ? Thanks & Regards Mukesh Joshi |
