How to get out of Bond

I have signed a bond with the company , at the time company has sent me for training , in the bond it is written that if Employee breach the bond then he has to pay the specified ammount , I want to leave the company due to some reasons, what Can I do?

Can be Two Pension allowed?

Can anyone advise regarding opting two family pensions.

1) One persons is employed in central government from there he has served for 12 years and eligible for getting pension and pension started from central government.

2) From there is permanently absorbed in the public sector undertaking after some years pension scheme is started in that PSU and he became eligible to get pension in that PSU also.

Can anybody tell me that is he can avail both pension, one from central government and another from PSU.

Is there any act on loans and advance deduction

Dear All Friends,

I request all the members to clarify my doubt about advance and Loan. Is there any specific rule and statutory for deducting the advance and loans for garment industry. One of my Mam is saying that we shouldn't deduct their advance or loans according to employee or employer wish. Even in case of employee is ready to deduct his/her loan installment according to his/her wish also.As per her argument ..some Govt. personal will raise the question, if we deduct his/her advance beyond certain limit . so, I request to my friendsl to clarify whether any kind of act is there to deduct their advance or loan...?

Bonus Query

Hello Seniors

I need your inputs on the following:

I know that eligibility for bonus is that employee's basic salary should be upto Rs.10,000/- and he should have worked in the company for not less than 30 working days.

Now my question is what is the exact definition of working days???

does it include weekly offs and leave with pay or not??


for instance somebody joined a company in 1.02.10 and left on 5.05.10. In month of april'10 he took 5 leaves and there were 4 weekly offs.... then how the working days would be calculated??

If we include all of the above his total working days will be 35 (which means eligible for bonus) else 26 (which means non eligible for bonus).... Pls tellme what is the correct calculation for working days.

Need help to on chreche baby

Dear friends,

Hi to all, i m working as Asst.Manager -HR in Garment manufacturing Company at Bangalore.

I am in need of solution with regards Creche.In my Company one of woman employee has baby of 4 months.In creche already more than 30 kids staying along with care taker.Now problem is that, it is difficult to take care of 4 month baby at creche.So we advice to mother that first you take of baby then start working as baby is facing health problem.But she is not ready listen anything and by production team support she started working.now being as HR we need to prove legally to my boss that she connot keep baby in chreche as baby is 4 month old..So Please help me in this regard as mother should give basic right to her baby rather than going for money and igoness..
