misbehavoir and leave without permission Posted: 23 Feb 2010 08:32 AM PST i am working in field in a remote area, i got an emergency at home and asked my chief to allow me 03 days casual leave, he did not respond at that time. but next day when i was leaving he said "i thought u were joking". i explained to him that i have to go and i dont have any clowning behavoir with him in the past. The party is working normly and if there is any emergency i can stay here. and moreover 02 other Chief data acquisition engineers are available and can do the same task which i am supposed to do. i dropped an application in the admin office and went on leave, while in my absence he charged me that i left the workplace without prior permission, misbehaving and refusal of duty. how should i handle it. how should i reply this charge sheet |
