Dear All,

There is an telecommunication company (xyz) in madhya Pradesh , and company already been taken contract labour principal employer license (Through central Authority).
Central license because All telecommunication companies are coming under central rules & act for contract labour ( Example :- BSNL is an telecommunication company and coming under central rules & act for contract labour license.

Can you please help me which minimum wages rates is to be follow by this company weather its state or central.

Please help me in this matter.

Oracle DBA Hiring related

Hi all,
I desperately need your suggestion regarding the Oracle DBA. I respectfully invite the Hiring team to get me the current picture of Oracle DBA related jobs.

I am planning to take the course of Oracle DBA but I am little bit confused about the Job perspective with respect to me. I am simple graduate with sound working knowledge of computers and have keen desire to learn technical things. I must say I am good at learning. Now I would like to take the course and move ahead in the tech industry but have heard that MNCs preferred Oracle DBAs with sound technical degree like Btech/Mtech.

I am planning to take distance learning MSc IT from Punjab Technical University and along with that Oracle DBA from Star SQL. Please let me know about the chances to getting good job after that. How much growth can i expect after that?

it would be really appreciated if some HR personals in hiring can provide their views on it and help me. I request you help me with that.
