Analyze Salary - (Previous to Current Employer) Posted: 02 May 2010 10:41 AM PDT Hello All, I am working on a project where i have to analyze the data on 2000 + employees. 1. I have information on their Current Employer Salary 2. Information on their Previous Employer Salary. 3. Job Levels 4. Job Groups Details Can someone please help me out with the conclusion or inference that can be derived out of this data? Would like to use more of statistical calculation for the same. Recently, one of my friend from HR field is looking out for job switch. While taking with him, i came across one question. I want to share it with you so you can give me your inputs on it. We are HR person who recruit people for various positions. So we know what a job seeker have to say, have to do, what to expect etc. But when a HR experience person go out for a interview what his/ her interviewer look for.
