Hello All,

I am working on a project where i have to analyze the data on 2000 + employees.

1. I have information on their Current Employer Salary
2. Information on their Previous Employer Salary.
3. Job Levels
4. Job Groups Details

Can someone please help me out with the conclusion or inference that can be derived out of this data? Would like to use more of statistical calculation for the same.

It will be very helpful if you can add some sample data to this.

Dear All :

I am in HR field for last 02 years with Pharma company.

Recently, one of my friend from HR field is looking out for job switch. While taking with him, i came across one question. I want to share it with you so you can give me your inputs on it.

We are HR person who recruit people for various positions. So we know what a job seeker have to say, have to do, what to expect etc. But when a HR experience person go out for a interview what his/ her interviewer look for. As they know we know all correct things. What are the points they see and how candidate can crack the interview.

i am currently doing a summer project on competency mapping for a manufacturing firm.

the training system in the company is too monotonus and not too effective,thus i would like to find out how much competance mapping could help in training.i need to design a questionnaire for the same...could anyone please give me some direction in this by giving few sample questions/questionnaires
