Hello All,

i kindly request to advice me on the issue i am facing presently. I have joined one of the top 3 indian companies at present. Its been 3 days now. I have 3+ experience. They are telling me to work for windows platform programming language whereas i have all my exp in unix platform. Also everything is automated in the project and need to make small changes stuff and get the work done. More over that is not my interested domain. I cannot keep my heart into it. I told i cannot work in the project. But they say to work in the domain for year then we will see.

I want to quit the company. I am very much frustrated and mentally depressed. I cannot take it any more. I have made my mind to resign. My question is should i need to serve the notice period or can i quit directly. I have 3 month probation period.

Kindly advice. it just been 3 days now.

Could any one tell me that if someone got Letter of Separation/Terminaton from the employer due to oragnisation close .
Is employee eligible for gratutity amount and he is completed 4 years of his service.
