Background Check - Need help....

Hie..

My question is all about Background check.. I have read some discussions abt the background check on this site done earlier.. I am an aspirant of the BPO industry in Mumbai, India.. I am trying to get through a company which has thorough verification. Now here's the problem..

1. Can anyone tell me how exactly the verification process work??
2. Is there anything like physical verification??
3. I have recently worked with a company (NON BPO) which shut down in March 10.
4. I have the appointment letter but not the re leaving letter and when any verification is done for the documents provided they say your exp can't be verified and hence you'll have to leave the company or they will revise my salary to 5000 less which is a freshers salary... any suggestions??
5. I just don't understand what to do to make them believe that the company did exist. The company had a domain as well which was ADEXEC.COM: Your ADEXEC Expert Since 1998.., however there's no response from the email address mentioned on the documents.

PF Transfer on new pf code

Hi Friends,

What are the formalities to transfer the employees PF into the new pf code of the company….

Recently our company has started a new unit in which 600 employees are shifted from unit 1, we have taken the new pf code for the new unit & practiclly it is not possible to fill form 13 for these many employees… Management has decided to have the separate PF & ESIC code for the new unit....

What could be the best possible way out for this situation....

Hi there,
I am new to this site and have registered just now. I am sorry I don't even know where to post my query.... Actually I am looking fr some guidance with regard to MT course. I am seriously considering taking training for the same and am totally confused with certain details. One I am told, there are courses of different durations - 3 months, 6 months and some even 1 1/2 months. Now, could any one please let me know which one is better? I am in Mumbai and also will there be job opportunities once i complete the course? What are the topics that are usually covered in MT tracing course? I intend to attend classes and not take up the course online, so what is the approximate duration I need to put in?

Many more questions in my mind but for now, could any one please clarify these?
