Dear Members.

I have completed Masters in Personnel Management & B Com from University of Pune. I was working with a reputed manfacturing company as HR professional under an agreement. The agreement lasted for 15months. I worked from Sep 2007 to Nov 2008 and by the time recession had badly hit everywhere. After 2 months I had to join a BPO with no choice in hand. I am rigorously trying for HR job but many of the companies are turning my candidature off because my current profile is not HR. I thought of removing that from my resume completely but again a big question comes that what did I do during the gap? Please help me in this situation.

Iam serving in a private school for the last six years.so, am I entiteled to have the gratuity?Is there in any change in the rules like the lengh of the service, the post held etc.please guide me.
