TOP URGENT :Legal action against payment not done from client Posted: 26 May 2010 12:20 PM PDT Dear Sir / Mam, I am working in a very reputed travel industry company where the work is airticketing, hotel packages etc. There is a travel agent who asigned to me, he did ticketing from my company for his client. but he stop making payment from jan 2010. There is a credit on him. After that we stop doing booking for him. But right know my company told me that amount should be recovered by me at any cost otherwise I have to pay that amount. amount is so big I am very much tensed right know, I am the only person who earn for my family. My company put pressure on me and issued me a recovery letter and pressurize me to sign that paper. I signed that paper. I am not able to understand what to do. In my family there are three persom me my father and sister. Sir/Mam please let me know what to do, what type of legal action company is going to take on me if that travel agent dont make any payment. Please advice me otherwise how to get rid of this problem i commit a suicide. Desperately waiting for your revert Regards Rahul Saxena |

no increments from last 3years Posted: 26 May 2010 10:44 AM PDT Dear Sir, i am an employee of india's biggest multiplex company(entertainment).. we are working from last 3years without increment in same firm... our basic salary is-4368rs and no HRA pf deduction is -524rs esicdeduction is -77rs. we recieved in hand salary 3767rs. our nature of work is maintenace and projection of movies.. please advise us ..we hope possitive responce.. thanks.. |
