performance bonus

Hi HR Guru's,

I am working in bpo sector.In our salary structure performance bonus providing .if our performance is good and it has 3 different slab like :
850,1500 and 2500. I got performance bonus monthly around 2400 for last 6 months.

My question is :- My manager saying that your performance is not up to mark for your position.I quentioned him that why i am getting performance bonus more ( i e 3rd slab ( 2500 ),which i had never drawn from the date of appointment.He replied like we several points there so we have given to you. When performance bonus is 850 i have asked the my pervious manager regarding this he told your perfomance low.

Tell who is wrong and who is correct on this issue.
whether my current manager playing with me ?


work place harassment

Below mentioned points are : I am suffering from my seniors and It is work place harassment.


1) Using the unparliamentarily words at work place
2) Always Forcing to me give resignation letter
3) Impractical work allocation.
4) Plan leaves also not approving
5) Always giving bad comment to me whenever I write about my performance

Already two months over which I had given compliant against my supervisor and his manager,Still they haven't turn up and couple of days back I approached the HR Spoke person about my compliant and replied that we have discussed this matter in senior level. I feel that they are playing with me and didn't disclose the decision, found some other reason and made me to forcefully resign the job. Today HR Spoke person clearly told me you have to give resigns by end of the day otherwise company will terminate you. But I answered that I will escalate to the management and knock the door of court.

Help me in this issue.


Form 3A Providend fund

Hi,

I was working in one private organization from June,2005 to Feb,2009 and now i have joined the new organization. I want to transfer the PF account from old to new organization and i have filled all the necessary forms while joining the new organization.Now the PF people says that there are missing documents one is form 3A from 2005-2006 and form 5-10 of last company. Current organization has done acquisition on old organization. Now what should i do to get my PF transfer done properly. Please help me to understand this. Do my previous organization has to submit the Form 3A and Form 5-10 or do i need to do fill it myself. To whom i should talk to regarding this ?

Closure of PF even if working with same employer

What is the procedure for closure of PF account even if employee is working with the same employer? (In this case PF deduction was optional, but employee has preferred for PF deduction)


HRIS Development

Hello Guys,

We have developed HRIS for one of the user with HRIS need... Its in EXCEL and does the basic job of tracking... as we have seen there are so many requirements here for HRIS we are planning to develop an excel based application but enabled aith macro (we hate tat macro msg)....

we need your help to formulate the requirement so that we can start development as per your requirement..
Also we are planning to add more analytics to that we can derive various MIS report which would tell diff story about the organization...( regarding strategy, payment, resource utilization, etc)... also KPIs could be developed..

We request you to post suggestions and reviews as we develop and share the HRIS with you all for FREE...
