We are operational in mumbai, pune, chennai and ooty. We are operating a 10,000 Sq. Ft family entertainment centre at Ampa Skywalk mall in Aminjikarai , Chennai. We urgently need the below mentioned staff and are looking for a good HR agency to whom we can outsource the same. 1) Customer care executives - Salary range is between Rs 3500 to Rs 4000 for freshers and 4000 to 5500 for experienced candidates Qty 20 numbers 2) Cashiers - Salary range is between Rs 4000 to Rs 4500 for freshers and Rs 4500 to 7000 for experienced cashiers who can do up-selling and cross selling, Such candidates should have pleasing personality and excellent communications skills. Candidate should be preferably from retail background. Qty 5 Nos. 3) Floor supervisors - Salary range is Rs 6000 to 9000. Candidates should have min 2 to 3 years experiance in similar in retail outlet such as big bazaar, spencers etc Qty 4 Nos 4) Asst Operations managers - Salary Rs 9000 to 15000. Should have individually cracked at least a couple of 50+ lakhs deals in a year. Should be ambitious and a go getter with excellent communication skills, computer knowledge . Plz advice should i take legal action against company for FFS Posted: 16 May 2010 08:19 AM PDT Hi My Dear H.R friends, I am looking for an advice from you all. I was working in a private Ltd Delhi based company now I left the job with proper notice to the company with healthy atmosphere with all bosses as per company rule they clear FFS of employee within 45 days it's now more the 60 days and still I am not got my FFS clear even they sent me FFS only Rs 74 which was as per my records it could be minimum 25,000 I write a mail to all my bosses accounts and hr team to complete check all my claims. after that I got my ledger a/c statement from a/c team they show me that I have just 7000 claims which they can pay to me but as per my claims records my claims could be minimum 18,000. I already sent Xerox of my claims three times to company but they always misplaced some claims or told me they have not got my claims I know the company is not want to clear claims they use employee money to done there official work company was not having given advance to employees. This company has history not to pay Full Amt of FFS to employee and even hold imp claims. I am very much sure that they will not clear my claims. Some of my friends those who left the job from same company and having same problem like me and we all want to file legal case against company need your help what step I can take against company. Which law will help me in this ? will it work ? how much time it takes. Please advice me |

Q1 - Can the position be filled with an alternate till the Executive comes back? Q2 - When the Executive gets back from Maternity leave, is she entitled to the same position, salary, perks etc held earlier? Q3 - If she is entitled to the same position and perks, is there any time limit within which she needs to rejoin duty to claim her position back? Kindly elucidate. With regards, Jon |
